Shipping your package

Parcels are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment.

They are shipped with a tracking number and delivered without signature.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your articles in one order. We can not combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Returns

Have you changed your mind since your order? No worries, we accept returns :)

We accept returns within 14 days of ordering.

To return an item, please contact us by email at order@fridaycase.com so that we will send you a return number. From the receipt of your return number, you have 10 days to return the item.
Items returned must be in perfect condition. FridayCase will refund the item upon receipt (excluding postage and postage).

I think I have a defective item, can you help me?
If you think you have received a defective item, please contact us with the details of the problem within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will replace or refund defective products once they are returned to us. We cover all costs of returning defective products.

Do you accept exchanges?
We accept the exchanges. If you wish to exchange, you must contact us within 3 working days of receipt of your order.

The cost of the return of the initial order and the sending of the new one is at the expense of the buyer. Items will only be eligible for exchange if they are in perfect condition.
